I hold a lot of meeting and conduct regular trainings in my consutling work, but I seem to be overwhelmed by right brain thinking lately.  I just finished reading A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future by Daniel Pink.  Then I stumbled onto a blog post by Dumb Little Man on Improving Meetings with Right-Brain Thinking that led to a great article in the New York Times. 

So, I have to admit, I’ve been running terrible meetings and I will really think about my goals and style from now on.  I need more toys!
